[2D] "Root Bone" and "Bone" Properties tooltip missing in Sprite Skin component
Tooltip is missing for "Root Bone" and "Bone" Properties in Sprite Skin component, Refer to the attached video
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Windows > Package Manager > 2D Animation > Install
3. Hierarchy > right-click > Create Empty
4. Inspector > Add Component > 2D Animation > Sprite Skin > Add
5. Hover mouse on "Root Bone" and "Bone" Properties
Actual Result:
Tooltip is missing for"Root Bone" and "Bone" Properties in Sprite Skin component
Expected Result:
Tooltip appears when the mouse has hovered on the Property

2021.1.0a1, 2020.2.0b8 with Package Version 5.0.2
