bool properties do not enable/disable consistently when they are clicked
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “PSDProject”
2. Select the “Assets/test.psd” asset
3. In the Inspector Window enable/disable either “Automatic Reslice or “Include Hidden layers” bool properties
4. Observe the behaviour of the bool properties
Expected result: The bool properties are responsive to clicks
Actual result: The bool properties are not responding to clicks
Reproducible with: 8.0.2 (2022.2.4f1), 9.0.0-pre.2 (2023.1.0b9, 2023.2.0a6), 9.0.0 (2023.1.0b9, 2023.2.0a6)
Not Reproducible with: 4.3.1 (2020.3.44f1), 6.0.7 (2021.3.17f1), 7.0.3 (2022.2.0a12), 8.0.0, 8.0.1 (2022.2.0b9),
