2D Bones do not follow 2D IK Chain when Previewing the animation
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IK_Bug_Repro_Project.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. In the Hierarchy select Rig > Bone_Pelvis
4. In the Animation window press Play
Expected result: Animation preview replays the animation following the 2D IK chain
Actual result: Animation preview replays the animation not following the 2D IK chain
Reproducible with: 5.0.8 (2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.2f1, 2021.2.0a12), 5.0.10 (2020.3.25f1), 7.0.3 (2021.2.8f1), 8.0.0-pre.3 (2022.1.0b4), 8.0.0-pre.4 (2022.2.0a2)
Not reproducible with: 5.0.7 (2020.3.20f1, 2021.2.0a12)
Could not test with 2019.4.34f1 (missing 2D Animation Components)
Note: Not reproducible when Playing in Game view or when scrolling through Animation Timeline
