[2D Animation] Bones get messed up when Editor is not focused and compilation is triggered
Steps to repro:
1. Open original "bowboi-stw.zip" project
2. Open up any script, change something that would trigger recompile
3. Look at the Scene/Game view
Actual result: Bones gets messed up and glitches out all over the scene
Reproduced in: 2019.2.b5
Fixed in: 2020.1.0a2
Note:
1. Could not test in 2019.1 and earlier versions due to package errors.
