[2022.2] "Saving Prefab to immutable folder is not allowed" error on opening 3D(HDRP), 3D(HDRP SAMPLE) template
Steps to repro:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Create a 3D(HDRP) template
3. Observe the console
Actual Result: 2 Errors appear
Expected Result: No errors
Reproduced on: 2022.2.0a13
