[2019.3] Hierarchy window Performance Degradation when Hierarchy contains a High number of GameObjects
1. Open the attached project named Case_1158368
2. Enter Play mode
3. Expand all Scene objects in the Hierarchy
4. Observe the Editor loop in the Profiler window
Expected result: No major slowdown is experienced(Showed in Track_1158368_V5)
Actual result: While the Hierarchy window is open there is a massive Editor slowdown and EditorLoop shows spikes above 100ms(Showed in Track_1158368_V4)
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0b9, 2019.3.0a2
Notes:
1. Does not reproduce on all machines
2. Hierarchy window must contain a sizeable amount of gameObjects for the issue to occur
3. Scrolling through the Hierarchy also causes performance spikes (Showed in Track_1158368_V3) - This issue is reproducible consistently on different machines
