[2018.3] Cannot open Color Panel when clicking on Albedo color
To reproduce:
1. Open Unity and create a new project
2. In Project, window press Create > Material
3. Click on the Albedo color to open the Color panel
Expected result: Color panel successfully opens
Actual result: Color panel does not open
Notes:
- This issue reproduces on both Windows and OSX
