To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build
3. run it
Expected result: It runs
Actual result: 10810 error

We got this error earlier, and it was caused by the executable bit being set to false.
This can be caused by transferring the executable over a Windows network. In this case you might zip the build before transferring.
I didn't double check what flags are set in new Unity builds, but I assume they are ok.
