The GameObject is not moving continuously by holding down the key when the "On Input System Event Vector 2" is set to "On Hold"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “My project“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Press and hold the “A“ or “D“/ “Left arrow“ or “Right arrow“ keyboard buttons
Expected result: The Player GameObject is moving continuously
Actual result: The Player GameObject is not moving continuously
Reproducible with: 1.9.0 (2021.3.31f1), 1.9.1 (2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b13, 2023.3.0a9)
Not reproducible with: 1.8.0 (2021.3.0f1)
Reproducible on: macOS 13.5.2 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Note: Reproducible in Player
