Only the first Audio Clip gets played in WebGL when more than one Track is in the Timeline
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “TimelineTest2.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene (Assets > Scenes)
3. Build and Run for WebGL (File > Build and Run)
4. In the Browser Player press the “Play” button
5. Listen to the audio
Expected result: Two Audio Clips are played one after another
Actual result: Only the first Audio Clip is played
Reproducible with: 2022.3.30f1, 2022.3.40f1, 6000.0.14f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.41f1, 2022.3.29f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested

I have this issue in 2022.3.60 - I set my audio as streaming assets, but none of the audio plays from my timelines.
