DX12 Projects close and are not being created when creating XR Templates on an XPS 13 Arm Device
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a VR, AR or MR Template Project from Hub
# Open Game View
OR if Editor defaults to DX11
# Create a VR, Ar or MR Template and change Graphics Api to DX12 in Project Settings > Player
# Open Game View
*Actual results:* The Editor closes without crash most of the time, project is not created and removed from Hub or Editor hangs on repaint processes
