Random Action in the “Actions” tab of the “Input Actions” window gets rename activated and the name changed when adding a lot of “Actions”
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “ScrollRename.zip” project
2. Open the “New Controls.inputactions” file
3. In the “Actions” tab press the “+” button to add Actions until scroll view appears
4. Scroll to the top and observe the Actions list
Expected result: Actions numbers are not messed up
Actual result: Random Action has rename activated, and the text is “New action” and the last Action number
Reproducible with: 1.8.0-pre.2 (2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b4)
Not reproducible with: 1.8.0-pre.1 (2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.18f1)
Reproduced on: macOS 14.2.1 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
