[Regression] [IL2CPP] Cannot build on UWP when Analytics is enabled in 2017.3
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and Open the attached project files (which is just an empty new project)
2. Build for UWP
3. Error occurs
Actual results: Unable to build a UWP with IL2CPP backend when Analytics is enabled
Note:
Reproduces with API Compatibility Level 4.6/2.0
Reproduced with: 2017.3.0f3, 2017.3.0p1
Not reproduced with: 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0f2, 2018.1.0b1
