Composite Collider 2D not composing correctly with rotated Tilemap Collider 2D when drawing Tiles
To reproduce:
1. Open user's project
2. In Tile Palette window, select wood tile
3. In Scene window, press [ or ] to rotate tiles
4. Draw tiles
Expected: composite collider merges tiles to a single collider
Actual: composite collider makes unnecessary partitions (see .gif's attached)
Reproduced in: 2017.2.0p4, 2017.3.0f1, 2018.1.0a7
Note: can be fixed by removing and adding a new composite collider
