Regression
Yes
Focusing on Canvas focuses on child object instead when pivot is in center mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Switch pivot mode to centered
3. Add scroll view component to scene (canvas will get created automatically)
4. In hierarchy, double click scroll view component and notice it gets centered as expected
5. Now double click canvas and notice that scene view still focuses on scroll view
Note: same issue can be reproduced with other components as well, but it only consistently reproduced with scroll view object (might be related to it having multiple child objects which results in more complex hierarchy)
Reproduced with: 2017.2.0p3, 2017.3.0b10, 2018.1.0a5
Not reproducible: 2017.1.2p3, 2017.2.0p2
