[WSA] ComputeBuffer.SetData() amdComputeBuffer.GetData() return empty result when running on an UWP build
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Switch platform to Windows Store
3. Build for WSA Universal 10
4. Open Visual Studio solution
5. Deploy on local machine
6. Observe the Output windows. Tests are failed or returns (0, 0, 0)
Actual results: Tests are failed or returns (0, 0, 0)
Expected results: Tests should not failed and return the set value
Note:
With 2017.2.0a1 - 2017.2.0b9 versions the build crashes with exception:
System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary.
Reproduced with: 2017.2.0b10, 2017.2.0b11, 2017.3.0a7
Not reproduced with: 5.6.3p2, 2017.1.1p2
Fixed in: 2017.2.0p3, 2017.3.0b8, 2018.1.0a2
