Exception in OnPreprocessBuild makes 'Build and Run' fail while 'Build' succeeds
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Build Settings
3. Do 'Build' and notice that build succeeds
4. Do 'Build and Run' and notice that build immediately fails
