927079
Regression
Yes
In order to call GetTransformInfoExpectUpToDate, RendererUpdateManager.UpdateAll must be called first when adding RectTransform
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "test"
3. Select "Cube" in hieararchy
4. Add RectTransform component
5. Notice error in console: In order to call GetTransformInfoExpectUpToDate, RendererUpdateManager.UpdateAll must be called first
Also, from now on, selecting that component will start continuously printing this error to console. To add to that, RectTransform bounds won't show up
Seems to happen when adding rect transform to object which has mesh renderer
Reproduced with: 5.6.2p2, 2017.1.0f2, 2017.2.0b2
Not reproducible: 5.6.2p1

Mine is caused by using Interpolate on Rigidbodies though, setting all to none removes error
