Built game crash when Instancing is enabled on Material
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "sp2_cutdown.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open "crash" scene
3. Build and Run the project on Windows Standalone (32 or 64 bit) or on Mac OS X
Expected result: Built project should run and no crash occurs
Actual result: Built project crash
Note: This issue appears both on Windows and OSX. Disabling instancing on the material fixes the problem
Reproduced on Unity 5.6.0a6, 5.6.0f3, 5.6.1p1 and 2017.1.0b5
Not reproduced on Unity 5.5.3p3 and 5.6.0a5
