[VP8]Unable to read movie header error when transcoding video to VP8 codec with small custom dimensions
To reproduce:
1. Add video to the project
2. Enable transcode
3. Set custom dimensions to 2x2
4. Set codec to VP8
5. Hit apply
Actual: Error is thrown in console:
Error: Unable to read movie header
mkvparser::EBMLHeader::Parse() failed
UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent(Int32, IntPtr)
Expected: no errors in console
Reproducible: 2017.01b1
Not reproducible: 2017.01a6

I'm also having this issue with original dimensions using Unity 2017.4.18 !! What went wrong?

I'm having the same issue but with original dimensions of the video, using Unity 2017.2.0f3.
