WASM runtime error: integer overflow/unrepresentable

-e: when running attached scene in WASM it will fail with an error about integer overflow
--works when loading asm build

-repro:
--get standard assets from A$ or download scene from link in first edit of this case
--open in 5.6.0f1
--build WASM build of the CarAI scene
--run in Canary of FF with WASM enabled
--NOTICE scene fails with runtime error:

    I can't believe it says its fixed and resolved. it totally isn't resolved. do these people ever even glance at the comments? how can it be resolved, if there is still a problem and no solution?

    It's still there, in RC candidate now.

    Are we going to have 2017 release with a known blocker bug that don't let us release our game? We were waiting for 6 months, damnit!!!! I'm angry as hell.
