[WSA][UWP] Player crashes on launch on Lumia 950/950XL with debug/release configurations
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project or create a new Unity project
2. Build for WSA Universal 10 SDK
3. Connect a Microsoft Lumia 950/950XL to PC
4. Open Visual Studio solution
5. Deploy to Device using Debug or Release configuration
Result: deployment fails and application doesn't work
Deployment fails on "The program '[568] uwpbuildtest001.exe' has exited with code -1073741819 (0xc0000005) 'Access violation'."
Reproducible only with Lumia 950/950XL devices, cannot reproduce the same issue with other Windows Phones
Deployment succeeds if "Master" configuration is chosen
Reproducible with: 5.5.0b9, 5.5.0f2, 5.6.0a5
Not reproducible with: 5.4.3p2, 5.5.0b8
