PlayerPrefs gets corrupted on Windows 8.1-10 on sudden reset
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build for WSA Universal 10/8.1 SDK
3. Open VS solution
4. Deploy on Windows phone device
5. Press "reset manually" and "Save()"
6. Repeat step 5
7. Close the application
8. Disconnect device from PC
9. Run the application on Windows phone device
10. Press ("reset manually" and "Save()") two times and take out devices battery as soon as possible
11. Put the battery back in and turn on Windows Phone
12. Run the application on Windows phone device
Result: PlayerPrefs are deleted and new ones are created instead (if PlayerPrefs are loaded, repeat steps 9-12 until you reproduce the bug)

I just tested it in 5.5.1p3 and it's even worse now. PlayerPrefs is already gone when save a string twice. Thus I cannot test if it's gone when rebooting because it's already gone when restarting. I also tested it in 5.5.0p3 and restarting works fine.
