"Project connected" pop opens again after closing it
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a Project and Close it
- Reopen it and observe Hub
- Dismiss the "Project Connected" popup
Actual results: Popup can be closed, but it comes back up again if the Project is still loading
Expected results: When closing popup it stays closed
Reproducible with versions: 3.19.2 (24db143)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
