Line renderer bloats and scrambles up when viewing the line along its axis
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open line render scene
3. Move mouse around scene while holding mouse button clicked
4. Notice that Line renderer gets distorted
Expected: Line renderer shouldn't get distorted while moving scene view
Reproducible: 5.5.0f1, 5.6.0a3
