ParticleStrip Quad doesn't get destroyed when explicitly setting alive attribute to false
How to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Open Scene "RibbonPack" (Assets > Samples > RibbonPack)
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the particle with a blue square and a pink strip
Expected result: The blue square and the pink strip disappear
Actual result: Only the blue square disappears
Reproducible with: 7.3.1 (2019.4.0f1), 7.7.1 (2019.4.33f1), 10.7.0 (2020.3.23f1), 12.1.1 (2021.2.4f1), 13.1.1 (2022.1.0a15)
