[Timeline] Audio track Curve Editor Colour identifiers clip with other UI when Timeline Window is narrow enough
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Assets\Scenes\SampleScene Scene
3. Select Timeline in the Hierarchy
4. Open Window > Sequencing > Timeline
5. Enable the Curve Editor of the Audio Track
6. Reduce the size of the Timeline Window
Expected result: The UI scales dynamically without clipping
Actual result: The coloured track identifiers clip into other UI elements
Reproducible with: Built-in (2018.4.33f1), 1.3.7, 1.4.6, 1.5.2, 1.6.0-pre.1 (2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10)
