Serialization for fields with [SerializeReference] attribute is performed after parent class's serialization
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (case_1216813.zip)
2. Clear the Console
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: ReferenceTestClass (de)serialization is done before ReferenceTestBehaviour
Actual result: ReferenceTestClass (de)serialization is done after ReferenceTestBehaviour
Reproduced in: 2019.3.2f1, 2020.1.0a23
Cannot test with: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.17f1, 2019.2.21f1 ([SerializeReference] attribute unavailable)
