SRP causes crashes 100% when running with Graphics Jobs enabled
Running anything using SRP with GraphicsJobs enabled will eventually crash due to stateBlocks (describing gfx states like Raster/Blend) being deleted before they are copied into the graphics job. Renderer fails to create Raster/Blend state from said released memory containing trash and crashes.

In my case graphics jobs are causing crashes on LWRP on Android device on 2019.xx or newer on startup. I even tried new Universal Pipeline on 2019.3.0b4, crashing is still persistent.

I can confirm that this problem is also present in Unity 2019.1.14f1

Any estimate when/if this will be fixed in 2019.2 as well? We are running LWRP on 2018.3.10 with GraphicsJobs enabled with no issues, but cannot update to 2019.2 because we are hitting these crashes.
