Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached project "Unity2018to2019MeshReferenceIssue.zip" using Unity 2018.3
2. Open Sample scene
3. See MyPrefab/MeshCollider1, 2, 3 has Mesh Collider and its mesh is correctly set
4. Open the attached project using Unity 2019.1
5. See MyPrefab/MeshCollider2 has a missing link in MeshCollider

Expected result: MyPrefab/MeshCollider1, 2, 3 has Mesh Collider and its mesh is correctly set
Actual result: MyPrefab/MeshCollider2 has a missing link in MeshCollider

Reproduced in: 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a12
Not reproduced in: 2019.1.0a9, 2019.2.0a1

    We want to update to 2019.1 or 2019.2, but this is still an issue and most of our meshes dissapear, making our scene almost completely empty. Still reproducable in 2019.2.1f1 on Windows.

    Confirmed by UT that case nr 1155649 is a duplicate of this one. I also use CAD data imported into Unity which is causing problems.

    This has been a major issue for us, since we work on industrial visualization and much of our source 3D content comes from CAD files.
