[Mac] Mouse icon gets stuck when changing Track box size in Timeline window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Timeline
2. Add any track
3. Click on the border between track box and Timeline, slowly move to the right and then to the left
Expected result: mouse icon changes back to normal mouse icon
Actual result: mouse icon is stuck in "window resizing" mouse icon until mouse is clicked or hovered over some parts of the Editor
Reproducible: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.13f1, 2020.1.11f1, 2020.2.0b10, 2021.1.0a1
Note:
Does not reproduce on Windows, was able to reproduce only on Mac
