[Windows] Physics.SphereCast does not properly detect collisions when clicking on certain objects spots
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "SphereCast.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open "SpherecastMain" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press the Right mouse button to spawn more 3D object
5. Press the Left mouse button in certain spots on these 3D objects will result in a collision not being detected
6. Press button below to change between SphereCast and Raycast
7. Press the Left mouse button on created 3D objects and observe that Raycast correctly detect collisions
Notes:
- This issue reproduces only on Windows
- This issue does not reproduce on OSX and Linux
Reproduced on Unity 2017.1.5f1, 2017.2.3p3, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.8f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.2f1 and 2018.3.0a7
