Editor crashes in Material::UpdateHashesOnPropertyChange when opening the specific scene
To reproduce:
1. Download the Fontainebleau_Photogrammetry_Demo_Project
2. Open the Video_Timeline scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected: the Editor doesn't crash
Reproduced in 2018.1.0b10. 2018.1.0b11, 2018.2.0a5
Could not test in earlier versions due to errors

Also present in 2017.4.6 (latest LTS at time of writing) but Unity support have informed me "there doesn't seem to be any plan at the moment to backport the fix into 2017.4."
