Y Axis is inverted in WebGL build
-e: it is the other way around compared to editor and other platforms
-repro:
--create scene with 1st person controller from standard assets
--run in editor
--notice how mouse moves the y-axis
--build & run for WebGL
--NOTICE that the y-axis is inverted
