[XRSDK] [URP] SRPBatcher does not work when using new XR Management System
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("SRPBatcherBenchmarking.zip")
2. Enter Play mode
Expected result: SRP Batcher works
Actual result: SRP Batcher doesn't work
Reproducible with: 2019.3.2f1, 2020.1.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.37f1 (XR SDK not available), 2018.4.16f1, 2019.2.21f1 (Crash)
