[XR][XR SDK][Postprocessing] Screen Space Reflections are misaligned between left and right eye when rotating/tilting the head
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("1217591-Repro.zip")
2. Open SampleScene scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Screen Space Reflections are aligned between left and right eye
Actual result: Screen Space Reflections are misaligned between left and right eye
Reproducible with: 2018.4.17f1, 2020.1.0a24
Not tested with: 2017.4.37f1 (No package support, PostProcessing is removed from Asset Store)

- Tested with Oculus Rift, Mock HMD
