[XR][XR SDK][Postprocessing] Bloom is affecting region behind Occlusion Mesh
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("1217594-Repro.zip")
2. Open SampleScene scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Bloom is not affecting the region behind Occlusion Mesh
Actual result: Bloom is affecting the region behind Occlusion Mesh
Reproducible with: 2018.4.17f1, 2020.1.0a24, 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a11
Not tested with: 2017.4.37f1 (No package support, PostProcessing is removed from Asset Store)
Notes:
- Tested with Oculus Rift, Mock HMD
