[XR][WMR] Camera Rotation coords twitches between the negative and positive numbers when Rotation Y coord is range [-119; -120]
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1268878Repro.zip")
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Open Inspector window
4. Select the Main Camera Game object
5. Move WMR HMD around to achieve Rotation Y coordinate to be in the range [-119; -120]
Expected result: Rotation coordinates stay consistent
Actual result: Rotation coordinates twitches between the negative and positive numbers
Reproducible with: 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.6f1, 2020.2.0b3
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1 (XR SDK not available)

With a HP VR Headset The issue is the same.
