[XR][Windows] Unity Project Name is not displayed at the top of the Editor window when creating new AR or VR Template Project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open new VR or AR Template Unity Project
2. Observer Editor Window name
Expected Result: The Project name is displayed
Actual results: No name is displayed
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a5, 2022.1.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.20f1, 2021.2.0b11, 2022.1.0a4
Notes:
1. Restarting the editor fixes the issue
2. Issue reproduces on Windows 10. Does not reproduce on macOS.
