[XR] Unintuitive error produced on entering Play mode in VR template without VR setup
Steps to reproduce:
0. No VR setup is used
1. Create a VR template project
2. Enter Play mode
Expected results: No errors, if additional setup is needed, a warning or a message in the console
Actual results: "DllNotFoundException: UnityOpenXR assembly:<unknown assembly> type:<unknown type> member:(null)" error is produced in the console
Reproducible with: OpenXR Plugin 1.0.3 (2021.2.0a13), 1.3.1 (2021.2.9f1, 2022.1.0b5, 2022.2.0a2)
Could not test with: 2020.3.27f1 (OpenXR Plugin is not used)
