Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("XR Plugin Sample.zip")
2. Open XR Plug-in management window
3. Enable Secondary XR Plug-in Sample

Expected result: Any form of feedback is shown
Actual result: XR Plug-in management window greys out without any feedback

Reproducible with: XR SDK 3.2.13 (2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.3f1, 2020.2.0a21)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1 (XR SDK not available)
