[XR SDK][WMR] Single-Pass Instanced Camera.Render() does not Render Right Eye
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("RenderTextureWMR.zip")
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Both eyes are rendered
Actual result: Image is rendered to the left eye
Reproducible with: Windows XR 2.4.1, 3.4.0, 4.2.1, 5.0.0 (2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b12, 2021.1.0a7)
Could not test with: 2018.4.28f1 (XR SDK not available)

Resolution Note:
Need to investigate a proper fix for when there is a target texture not to turn off stereo rendering.
