[XR SDK] [URP] EventSystem.RaycastAll() returns empty array when URP is used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1384679R.zip")
2. Open the SampleScene and enter Play mode
3. Point HMD to the Button
4. Observe the console output
Expected result: Console outputs "Num objs: 0" and "Num objs: 2"
Actual result: Console outputs "Num objs: 0" (see "U0XHmrAvMa.mp4" video)
Reproducible with: URP 10.3.2, 10.7.0 (2020.3.24f1), 12.1.2 (2021.2.6f1), 13.1.3 (2021.1.0b2)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.33f1)
