[XR SDK] [URP] Editor freezes when converting assets using Render Pipeline Converter
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1380759R.zip")
2. Open Render Pipeline Converter (Window->Rendering)
3. Select Built-in to URP
4. Tick Rendering Settings option
5. Press Initialize Converters and then Convert Assets
Expected result: Conversion process finishes
Actual result: Conversion process freezes at the initial state
Reproducible with: URP 12.1.1 (2021.2.2f1), 13.1.0 (2022.1.0a15)
Not reproducible with: URP 7.7.1 (2019.4.32f1), 10.7.0 (2020.3.23f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.28f1)
Notes:
- Cancel button does not stop conversion and the editor freezes
- Editor.log file after ~20mins of waiting is 814MB
