[XR SDK] Tracked Pose Driver stops working after suspending play while Run In Background is unchecked
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Debug2.zip" project
2. Build to UWP
3. Open Visual Studios solution -> Build project (Debug, ARM64, Remote machine)
4. Ensure that the "Run in background" player option is unchecked
Expected result: The camera behaves as it was before suspending
Actual result: The camera behaves as if the tracked pose driver is not attached
Reproducible with: 2019.4.22f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0b10, .0a8
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1 (XR SDK not available)
