[XR SDK] [SRP] Memory leaks in Play mode when XR occlusion mesh is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Varjo Base application and open Analytics Window

3. Press Simulate
4. Open the attached project ("SRPMemoryLeak.zip")
5. Open the "SampleScene" scene and enter Play mode

Hey, it says it's fixed in 12.0.0, but it does not seem like, as the CR goes only into HDRP 13. Will this fix be also backported to HDRP 12?
