[XR SDK] [PPv3] Lens Distortion, Motion Blur, Bloom effects does not show warnings for VR usage
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("PPSv3.zip")
2. Open the "TestScene" scene
3. Open Inspector window and select "PP" Game object
Expected result: Warnings for Lens Distortion, Motion Blur, Bloom effects for VR usage are shown
Actual result: Warnings for Lens Distortion, Motion Blur, Bloom effects aren't shown
Reproducible with: PostProcessing 3.0.1 (2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0b1)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1 (XR SDK not available, warnings are shown when legacy XR is used)
