[XR SDK][MockHMD] Editor crashes after switching rendering modes and entering Play mode when scene has Terrain Game object
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Add Terrain Game object to the scene (Right click on Hierarchy window->3D Object->Terrain)
3. Enable XR Plugin Management (Edit->Project Settings->XR Plugin Management)
4. Enable Mock HMD
5. Enter and exit Play mode
6. Change Render Mode (Edit->Project Settings->XR Plugin Management->MockHMD)
7. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Editor does not crash
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.3.11f1, 2020.1.0b6, 2020.2.0a8
Could not test with: 2017.4.40f1, 2018.4.22f1 (XR SDK is not available)

Fixed with 2020.2.0b1, backported to 2019.4.32f1
