XR Rig head movement is disabled when Input System's "Input Consumption" feature is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProject"
2. Make sure option "Enable Input Consumption" is enabled in Input System settings tab (Edit → Project Settings → Input System Package → Settings)
3. Make sure VR headset is connected
4. Make sure that XR Simulator is disabled (via Edit → Project Settings → XR Plug-in Management → XR Interaction Toolkit, uncheck "User XR Device Simulator in scenes")
5. Enter Play Mode
6. Try to move your head
7. Observe the result
Expected result: The head movement is not locked
Actual result: The head cannot be moved after enabling the feature
Reproducible in: 1.8.2 (6000.0.11f1), 1.14.0 (2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a9)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Reproducible with:
- Oculus Quest 2 (Quest 2), CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno 650, v72, OS: 12
- Oculus Quest 3, CPU: Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 (SM8550), GPU: Adreno 740, OS: 12 (user reported)
- HP Reverb G2 (user reported)
