[XR][Quest] _WorldSpaceCameraPos in vertex shaders always assumes the left eye
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on Quest
3. Observe the wood floor with each eye while the other is closed
Actual: The left side of the floor is out of position in the right eye
Reproducible with: 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a11

Just migrated from built in XR to XR Management system with Windows XR Plugin 4.0.2 and having the same issue when using SinglePass Instanced (was using multipass but this is no longer supported)
